Does discharge after urinating break Wudu and make my clothes unclean?
The question of whether discharge after urinating breaks Wudu and makes clothes unclean can be addressed by referring to the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ as recorded in hadith literature.
In Al-Kafi, it is mentioned: If something flows from your male organ—either pre-ejaculatory fluid or normal discharge—while you are praying, do not wash it, do not break your prayer, and do not invalidate your ablution because of it
Al-Kafi 1:187. This indicates that such discharge does not break Wudu, and thus you can continue your prayer without needing to perform ablution again.
Additionally, regarding the cleanliness of clothing, Sunan Ibn Majah narrates: A man asked the Prophet (ﷺ), 'Do you pray in the garment you used during intimacy?' The Prophet said, 'Yes, unless he finds some impurity on it; then he washes it'
Sunan Ibn Majah 2:276. This means that your clothes remain clean unless you identify a specific impurity on them.
Furthermore, Al-Kafi states: If he knew that impurity had come on his garment before praying and then prayed without washing it, he must repeat the prayer. But if he was unaware, he does not have to repeat it
Al-Kafi 4:606. This reinforces that awareness of impurity is crucial to determining the cleanliness of your clothing for prayer.
In summary, discharge after urinating does not invalidate Wudu, and your clothes remain clean unless you find recognized impurity on them.

I asked Abu Abdullah (peace be upon him) about piety among people. He said, "It is to refrain from what God Almighty has forbidden." — OR — If something flows from your male organ—either pre-ejaculatory fluid or normal discharge—while you are praying, do not wash it, do not break your prayer, and do not invalidate your ablution because of it. But if it reaches your heel, it is like a needle prickle. Everything that comes out from you after ablution is either mucus or hemorrhoidal blood and is not considered impure, so do not wash it from your clothes unless it dirties them. — OR — The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family) said: Do not ask my community for things in their gatherings lest you make them stingy. — OR — The Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him) said: 'Every year, a boy’s fingers grow four fingers in length relative to his own fingers.' — OR — Muhammad bin Yahya narrated from Ahmad bin Muhammad from al-Husayn bin Sa'id from al-Nadr bin Suwayd from Yahya bin Imran al-Halabi from Ayyub bin 'Atiyyah al-Hadhaa who said: I heard Abu Abdullah (peace be upon him) say: The Prophet of God (peace be upon him and his family) distributed the spoils of war and came upon land. He dug a well in it and water gushed forth resembling the neck of a camel in appearance, so he called it a spring. The messenger came to give glad tidings and said (peace be upon him): Give glad tidings to the heir; it is a pure charity held in trust for pilgrims to the House of God and travelers of the path of God. It shall not be sold, gifted, nor inherited; whoever sells or gifts it shall have the curse of God and the angels and all people. God does not accept any exchange or compensation from him. — OR — The Ash'ath ibn Qais was involved in the blood of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him), his daughter Ja'dah poisoned al-Hasan (peace be upon him), and his son Muhammad was involved in the blood of al-Husayn (peace be upon him).

Al-Kafi · Book 4, Hadith 606
Abu Ja'far (peace be upon him) entrusted me with some affairs in Medina. While I was riding between Fajj ar-Ruhha on my mount, a man twisted his cloak. I inclined toward him thinking he was thirsty and offered him my water skin. He said: I have no need of it and gave me a book whose clay was moist. When I looked at the seal, it was the seal of Abu Ja'far. I asked: How do you know the companion of the book? He said: Now. In the book were matters commanding me to do some things, then he turned around and said: I have no one with me. Then Abu Ja'far arrived; I met him and told him: May I be sacrificed for you, a man came to me with your book and its clay was moist. He said: O Sadir, we have servants from among the jinn. When we desire speed, we send them. In another narration, he said: We have followers from the jinn just as we have followers from among humans; when we desire an affair, we dispatch them. — OR — I asked Abu Abdullah (peace be upon him) about a man whose garment is soiled with impurity or blood. He said: If he knew that impurity had come on his garment before praying and then prayed without washing it, he must repeat the prayer. But if he was unaware, he does not have to repeat it. If he suspected that something had soiled his garment and inspected it but found nothing, then rinsing it with water is sufficient.
