How tall was Prophet Adam (PBUH)?
According to various narrations, Prophet Adam (peace be upon him) was created with a significant height. In Sahih al-Bukhari, it is reported that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: Allah created Adam with a length of sixty cubits
Sahih al-Bukhari 60:1. This is echoed in Sahih Muslim, which states, Allah created Adam in His image, sixty cubits tall
Sahih Muslim 53:32.
Additionally, a narration from Al-Kafi mentions that when Adam was sent down to earth, his height was even greater. It states: We found in the book of Ali ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him) that when Allah, exalted and glorified, sent down Adam and his wife Eve (peace be upon her) to the earth, Adam's legs reached the valley of Safa and his head was below the horizon of the sky
Al-Kafi 1:308.
These narrations collectively indicate that Adam was originally created very tall, with accounts suggesting a height of around sixty cubits or more, reflecting a significant stature at the time of his creation.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Allah created Adam with a length of sixty cubits. Al-Kafi 1:308
Al-Kafi · Book 1, Hadith 308
Allah, blessed and exalted, rewards a servant for good character just as He rewards one who struggles in the path of Allah, going out and coming back. — OR — I asked Abu Abdullah (peace be upon him) about a man who does not have water with him and there is water on the right and left sides of the road at two steep inclines or similar. He said, "I would not command him to expose himself to danger, for a thief or a wild beast may confront him." — OR — I asked Abu Abdullah (peace be upon him) about the length of Adam (peace be upon him) at the time he was sent down to the earth and about the length of Eve. He said: We found in the book of Ali ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him) that when Allah, exalted and glorified, sent down Adam and his wife Eve (peace be upon her) to the earth, Adam's legs reached the valley of Safa and his head was below the horizon of the sky. He complained to Allah about the heat of the sun affecting him. Allah then inspired Gabriel (peace be upon him), saying: "Adam has complained about the heat of the sun; strike him once, and reduce his height to seventy cubits by his own cubit, and strike Eve once so her height becomes thirty-five cubits by her own cubit."
