How to give adhan in newborn baby's ear?
To give the adhan in a newborn baby's ear, the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ instructed that the adhan should be pronounced in the right ear and the iqama in the left ear. This practice is meant to be done before the umbilical cord is cut. According to Al-Kafi, the Prophet ﷺ said: Whoever is born to someone should have the adhan (call to prayer) pronounced in his right ear and the iqama established in his left ear. This is a protection from the accursed devil.
Al-Kafi 1:87
Additionally, another narration in Al-Kafi suggests: Take lentils of Jawashir, soak them in water, then drop two drops in his right nostril and one drop in his left nostril, and call the adhan (call to prayer) in his right ear and perform iqama (second call) in his left ear.
Al-Kafi 1:82 This method emphasizes the importance of this act in safeguarding the newborn.

Then he would call out, so his voice could be heard at the door of the house, ‘O Fatima daughter of Muhammad.’” He said, “You have spoken the truth.” I said, “May I be sacrificed for you, what medicine do you have for fever?” He said, “We have no medicine except prayer and cold water.” I said, “I was ill and Muhammad ibn Ibrahim sent me a physician who brought me medicine that caused vomiting, but I refused to take it because I noticed that whenever I vomited, the pain left every joint of mine.”

Al-Kafi · Book 1, Hadith 82
Allah, Blessed and Exalted, placed faith on seven shares: on righteousness, truthfulness, certainty, satisfaction, fulfillment of promises, knowledge, and forbearance. Then He divided these among people, so whoever has these seven shares is complete and capable. He distributed to some people one share, to some two shares, to some three, and so on until they reached seven. Then He said, 'Do not require one with one share to bear two, nor one with two to bear three, lest you overwhelm them.' Then He said the same until reaching seven. — OR — If the flow of urine stops, then pour water. — OR — A group of Ansar came to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family), greeted him, and he returned their greeting. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family) lowered his head, struck the ground, then raised his head and said, "Should I do that for you on the condition that you not ask anyone anything?" Then a man from among them would be traveling and his whip would fall; he would hate to say to someone, 'Give me your whip' to avoid asking, so he would get down and take it himself. Or he would be at the table and some of the companions would be closer to the water than he, yet he would not say 'Pass me the water' until he stood to drink. — OR — It is also narrated that the Muslims’ banner on the day of Badr was 'O Manṣur, strike dead,' and the battle cry on the day of Uhud for the emigrants was 'O sons of Abdullah, O sons of Abd al-Rahman,' and for the Aws it was 'O sons of Abdullah.' — OR — When a newborn is born to you, what do you do with him?
