In witr, can you read a dua other than Dua qunoot?
In the context of Witr prayer, there is guidance regarding the recitation of Dua qunoot. According to a narration in Al-Kafi, when asked about the qunoot in the Witr prayer, it was stated: No. Praise Allah the Almighty and send blessings upon the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family), then seek forgiveness for your great sins.
Al-Kafi 4:791. This indicates that while there is no fixed supplication that must be recited, it is encouraged to praise Allah and seek forgiveness. Therefore, it is permissible to read a different dua in Witr, as long as it involves supplication and worship of Allah.

Al-Kafi 4:791
Al-Kafi · Book 4, Hadith 791
While the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) was in the Sacred Mosque wearing new garments, the polytheists threw the filth of a she-camel on him, filling his clothes with it. He then went to Abu Talib and said, 'O uncle, what do you think about my status among you?' He said, 'What is that, O son of my brother?' He informed him of the report. Abu Talib called Hamza, took his sword, and said to him, 'Take the filth.' Then he went towards the people with the Prophet accompanying him. When Quraysh saw him, they recognized the trouble upon his face. Abu Talib then told Hamza to strike the filth on their backs. Hamza did so until he reached their last, and then Abu Talib turned to the Prophet and said, 'O son of my brother, this is your status among us.' — OR — He was asked about the qunoot in the Witr prayer: is there a fixed supplication to follow and say? He said, "No. Praise Allah the Almighty and send blessings upon the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family), then seek forgiveness for your great sins." Then he said, "Every sin is great."
