Is there any authentic hadith that the complete Salawat is " اللهم صل علی محمد و آل محمد" ? (Sunni view)
Yes, there is an authentic hadith that specifies the complete form of Salawat as "اللهم صل علی محمد و آل محمد." In a narration reported in Sunan Abu Dawud, when the companions asked the Prophet ﷺ how to send blessings upon him, he instructed them to say: O Allah, send Your blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as You sent blessings upon Ibrahim. And bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as You blessed the family of Ibrahim; indeed You are Praiseworthy, Glorious.
Sunan Abu Dawud 2:587.
This hadith clearly outlines the wording that should be used when invoking blessings upon the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and his family, aligning with the practice of sending Salawat in this specific manner.

Sunan Abu Dawud · Book 2, Hadith 587 · Narrated by Ka'b ibn Ujra
We said, or rather they said, 'O Messenger of Allah, you commanded us to send blessings upon you and to greet you with salam. Regarding the salam, we know what to say, but how do we send blessings upon you?' He said: 'Say: O Allah, send Your blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as You sent blessings upon Ibrahim. And bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as You blessed the family of Ibrahim; indeed You are Praiseworthy, Glorious.' Masaddad narrated from Yazid ibn Zurai’ that Shuba narrated this hadith with the phrase, 'Send blessings upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad as You sent blessings upon Ibrahim.' Muhammad ibn al-‘Ala narrated from Ibn Bushr from Mas‘ar from al-Hukm with his chain, reciting, "O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as You sent blessings upon Ibrahim; indeed You are Praiseworthy, Glorious. O Allah, bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as You blessed the family of Ibrahim; indeed You are Praiseworthy, Glorious." Abu Dawud said Zubayr ibn ‘Adi narrated from Ibn Abi Layla as did Mas‘ar except that he said, "as You sent blessings upon the family of Ibrahim, indeed You are Praiseworthy, Glorious," and he mentioned blessings upon Muhammad.
