Should a woman leave burqa if her husband forces her
The question of whether a woman should leave her burqa if her husband forces her involves several considerations from Islamic teachings. The Qur'an emphasizes the importance of mutual respect and rights within marriage. For instance, it is noted that if a woman fears ill treatment or desertion from her husband, she may negotiate her rights, as stated: If a woman feareth ill treatment from her husband, or desertion, it is no sin for them twain if they make terms of peace between themselves. Peace is better.
4:128. This verse suggests that reconciliation and compromise are preferable in situations of marital discord.
Regarding the specific issue of a woman being forced to remove her burqa, it is significant to recognize that Islamic teachings grant women the right to make decisions concerning their own bodies and attire. In a narration, a woman asked about the situation where her husband forbids her from performing Hajj, and she was advised: She is not obliged to obey him regarding the Hajj of Islam; let her perform Hajj if she wishes.
Al-Kafi 3:277. This indicates that a woman is not bound to follow a husband's directive if it contradicts her religious obligations.
In essence, while the Qur'an and hadith promote harmony and mutual understanding in marital relationships, they also recognize the autonomy of women in matters related to their faith and personal choices. Thus, a woman facing pressure to abandon her burqa has the right to assert her beliefs and preferences in this matter.

Al-Kafi 3:277
Al-Kafi · Book 3, Hadith 277
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family) said takbir seventy times over Hamza. Ali (peace be upon him) performed twenty-five takbirs over Sahl ibn Hunayf. He would say five takbirs at a time. Whenever the people caught up with him, they said, 'O Commander of the Faithful, we have not joined the prayer over Sahl.' So he would put Sahl down and say five takbirs, repeating this until he reached the grave five times. — OR — I asked him about a woman whose husband refuses to allow her to perform Hajj and she has not performed the Hajj of Islam. Her husband is absent and had forbidden her from going. He said, 'She is not obliged to obey him regarding the Hajj of Islam; let her perform Hajj if she wishes.' — OR — I asked him, "What is the minimum dowry that is permissible?" He said, "A sugar figurine." — OR — I was in Medina when a boy who had stolen was brought to me. I asked Abu Abdullah about him. He said: Ask him where he stole and if he was aware there is a punishment for theft. If he says yes, ask him what punishment that is. If he isn’t aware that amputation is a penalty, then leave him be. I took the boy and asked him. He admitted he knew the punishment is beating, so I let him go.
