What du'aa should I say after salah?
After completing a salah (prayer), it is recommended to engage in du'aa (supplication) to seek Allah's mercy and guidance. Various hadiths and practices indicate specific supplications that can be recited.
One narration from Sunan Ibn Majah mentions a beautiful supplication taught by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ: Whoever has a need from Allah or from any of His creation, let him perform ablution, then pray two rak'ahs and then say: 'There is no god but Allah, the Forbearing, the Generous. Glory be to Allah, Lord of the mighty throne. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds. O Allah, I ask You for the causes of Your mercy, the means to Your forgiveness, gain from every good, and safety from every sin. I ask You not to leave a sin for me except that You forgive it, nor a worry but that You relieve it, nor a need pleasing to You but that You fulfill it for me'
Sunan Ibn Majah 6:582.
In addition, Al-Kafi, a Shia source, provides a supplication to be recited after the dawn prayer, which emphasizes praising Allah: O Allah, to You belongs praise, an everlasting praise with Your eternity, and to You belongs praise, praise without end except for Your pleasure...
Al-Kafi 2:291.
These supplications highlight the importance of seeking Allah's blessings, mercy, and fulfillment of needs after prayer. It is encouraged to make personal supplications in addition to these prescribed ones, expressing your needs and desires in your own words.

The Messenger of Allah said: Whoever has a need from Allah or from any of His creation, let him perform ablution, then pray two rak'ahs and then say: 'There is no god but Allah, the Forbearing, the Generous. Glory be to Allah, Lord of the mighty throne. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds. I ask You not to leave a sin for me except that You forgive it, nor a worry but that You relieve it, nor a need pleasing to You but that You fulfill it for me.' Then he may ask Allah for whatever he wills regarding the affairs of this world and the Hereafter, and He will ordain it.

Al-Kafi 2:291
Al-Kafi · Book 2, Hadith 291
After the dawn prayer say: 'O Allah, to You belongs praise, an everlasting praise with Your eternity, and to You belongs praise, praise without end except for Your pleasure, and to You belongs praise, a praise without limit except by Your will, and to You belongs praise, a praise whose reward for the one who says it is nothing but Your pleasure. O Allah, praise is Yours and to You is complaint, and You are the One whose help is sought. O Allah, praise befits You as You deserve, all praise for all Your blessings until the praise reaches wherever my Lord loves and is pleased.' Then before speaking say after dawn: 'Praise be to Allah, filling the scale, attaining the utmost pleasure, weighing the Throne, glory be to Allah, filling the scale, attaining the utmost pleasure, weighing the Throne, Allah is Greatest, filling the scale, attaining the utmost pleasure, weighing the Throne, and there is no god but Allah, filling the scale, attaining the utmost pleasure, weighing the Throne.' Repeat this four times, then say: 'O Allah, I ask You the request of a humble servant to bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad and forgive our sins and fulfill our needs in this world and the hereafter with ease from You and well-being.' — OR — I asked him about a woman who became ill during Ramadan or menstruated or traveled and then died before the end of Ramadan. Should fasting be made up on her behalf? He said, "Regarding menstruation and sickness, no. But regarding travel, yes." — OR — The Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him) ruled regarding a man who left his beast in exhaustion. He said: If he leaves it in pasture with water and safety, it is his and he can reclaim it wherever he finds it. But if he leaves it exposed to fear and without water or pasture, then it belongs to whoever finds it. — OR — The husband of a woman has died; she must neither wear perfume nor adorn herself until her waiting period of four months and ten days has been completed. — OR — I asked him about a mukatab who paid part of his mukatabah then died, leaving a son from his slave woman. He said: If it was stipulated upon him, then his son becomes a slave with his mother; but if it was not stipulated, then his son is free and pays the remaining debt to the masters, and the son inherits what remains.
