The time for the Fajr prayer ends at sunrise. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ stated: The time for Fajr prayer lasts until the sun has risen.
Sahih Muslim 5:220 Additionally, Al-Kafi mentions that the time of Fajr is when the dawn splits until the morning manifests in the sky.
Al-Kafi 4:75 This indicates that the Fajr prayer should be performed during the time when dawn breaks until the sun begins to rise.

Al-Kafi · Book 4, Hadith 75
I said to him, 'You are only a warner, and for every people there is a guide.' He said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family) is the warner, and Ali is the guide. O Abu Muhammad, is there a guide today? I said, 'Yes, may I be your ransom; there has always been a guide from you after a guide until it was entrusted to you.' He said, 'May Allah have mercy on you, O Abu Muhammad. If a verse descends upon a man and then that man dies, that verse dies with him, and the book dies. But he is alive flowing among those who remain just as he flowed among those who passed away.' — OR — There was a group with him who were narrating, when one of them mentioned a man and accused him. Abu Abdullah (peace be upon him) said to him, "How is it that you consider him your brother completely, and which of men is refined?" — OR — The time of Fajr is when the dawn splits until the morning manifests in the sky. It should not be intentionally delayed, but it is a permissible time for someone who was busy, forgot, or slept. — OR — I asked Abu Abdullah (peace be upon him) about the fish caught by Zoroastrians when they strike with nets but do not poison, and similarly the Jews. He said: There is no harm; hunting whales means catching them. — OR — Abu Abdullah (peace be upon him) said, 'If a man looks at people from above or through an opening into their houses to spy on their private parts, and they throw him out causing injury, killing him or gouging his eyes, there is no blood money upon them. It was said that a man looked from an opening of the Prophet’s chamber, and the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) came with scissors to gouge his eyes but found he had fled. The Prophet said, "Wretch! By God, if he were with me, I would gouge your eyes."'
